The Olde Bulldogge Breed Association (OBBA) operates bulldoggeregistry.com as the official OBBA dog and pedigree registry. This page explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
What we collect
- Account info you give us (name, email, kennel name, location, phone, links).
- Dog records you submit (registered name, sire/dam, photos, microchip, etc.).
- Payment data, processed by Stripe — we never store your full card number.
- Site analytics (page views, referrers) via Google Analytics.
What's public
Dog records and kennel directory entries are public by default — that's the entire point of a registry. Public fields: registered name, sex, DOB, color, sire and dam names, breeder name, kennel name, registration numbers, photo, COI.
Private fields (never public, only visible to you and OBBA admins): your home address, postcode, phone number, email address.
Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in (httpOnly, signed). Google Analytics adds its own cookies for traffic measurement.
Your rights
Email hello@leslirose.com to:
- Request a copy of your data.
- Correct inaccurate dog records or kennel info.
- Hide your kennel from the public directory.
- Close your account.
Note: closing your account does not remove publicly registered dogs from the OBBA archive. Pedigree integrity requires that public dog records persist.
